Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Subscription section of the FinFolders app. Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.

You keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and your data remains available within the Free plan's limits.

2. Refunds

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each monthly or yearly billing period. Because you keep access until the end of the period, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time or downgrades.

We will refund the amount in these cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
• You were charged after cancelling, for a period that had not yet started.
• Payment was debited but your plan was not activated, and we could not activate it.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@finfolders.com within 7 days of the charge, with your registered email address, the payment date and amount, and the Razorpay payment ID if you have it.

We will review your request and reply within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to show in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

The GST charged on a refunded payment is refunded along with it.

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades are paid at checkout and apply to your account after payment. Downgrades are scheduled and take effect from the date shown in the app, so you keep your current plan until then.
