Can my CA or accountant access my account?

Can anybody else see my invoices, expenses, and reports, or only I can see them?

By default, only you can see your business's data — every invoice, expense, and report is scoped privately to your business account. The only way anyone else gets access is if you explicitly invite them as a team member (like your accountant or staff), or if you deliberately share something — for example, generating a public share link for a specific invoice to send a client, which only exposes that one invoice, not your whole account. No other FinFolders user, and nobody at Vyzion, can see your business data without your action.

How does TDS tracking work?

When you record an expense with TDS withheld, FinFolders tracks it until you log the actual TDS challan you deposited with the government, and reminds you if TDS is sitting withheld but not yet deposited.

You can generate GSTR-1 (sales), and reports are structured to match what you'd need for GSTR-2B and GSTR-3B filing — including B2B/B2C/Export classification and an HSN-wise summary — plus a downloadable JSON in the GST portal's offline-tool format for your CA to upload directly.
