2. Our Website (finfolders.com)

Our website does not currently set cookies or store information in your browser.

If we start using analytics to understand how visitors use the website, we will update this policy before doing so and explain what is collected.

3. The FinFolders Web App

The web app uses browser storage only for essential functions. Without it, you could not stay signed in or use the app:

• Sign-in session (token and user): keeps you signed in and shows your account details. If you choose "Remember me", this is kept in local storage; otherwise it is kept in session storage and cleared when you close the browser.
• Remember me preference: remembers whether you asked to stay signed in.
• Selected business: remembers which of your businesses you are working in.
• A small number of technical settings used to keep the app working smoothly.

4. Third-Party Services

Some features use services from other companies, which may set their own cookies when you use those features:

• Google Sign-In: when you choose "Sign in with Google", Google may set cookies to sign you in securely. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Razorpay: when you pay for a plan, Razorpay's checkout may set cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. See Razorpay's Privacy Policy at razorpay.com/privacy.

5. What We Do Not Use

We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or cookies that follow you across other websites. We do not sell information collected through cookies.

6. Managing Cookies and Storage

You can view and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, and block cookies if you choose.

Essential storage is needed for the web app to work. If you clear it, you will be signed out; if you block it, you may not be able to sign in.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy if we change the cookies or storage we use, and update the date at the top of this page.
